Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order unless items are received damaged, defective or if there is a printing error. Damages, defects and errors must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, the entire order must be in hand with no pieces missing. We may request photos of damages, defects or errors in order to process a refund or reprint of your order.
